Soul Pattinson (Soul Patt’s) transitioned from their historic Pitt Street offices to the Barrack Place development, aiming to preserve their 116-year legacy while evolving into a diversified investment house.

Heritage elements of the old site were carefully preserved, while a new, inspiring work environment was reimagined to support various working styles, offering an open, residential-inspired setting.

The complex task of laying brick on vertical, horizontal, and curved surfaces was achieved by keeping the structure light, allowing the new building to envelop the old one. This approach created striking contrasts that infuse the workspace with new life and energy.
