Designing Winten Property Group’s new offices embraced the storytelling framework — 'Life is for Living' — setting a new standard for workplace dynamics.

Drawing from their high-quality residential projects, we infused a residential look to achieve a refined design with meticulous attention to detail. Focusing on a human-centric approach, blending everyday comforts with enriching rituals to enhance the company culture.

The design features a central living room with cozy banquette seating, a fireplace, and a galley kitchen. An open-plan workspace fosters collaboration, complemented by a raised library, a secret door to a private bar, and a pool table with panoramic harbour views.
